Sgt. Jorge Pinon Sergeant Pinon has over 22 years of law enforcement experience, and has been with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department since 1985. He has worked patrol at the Indio and Palm Desert Stations and was assigned to several special units following patrol. Special assignments included the Coachella Valley Narcotics Task Force, The Allied Riverside Cities Narcotic Enforcement Team, and the Special Investigations Bureau East and West. He also was a member of the Sheriff's SWAT team for ten years. As an Investigator, Sgt. Pinon was assigned to the Central Homicide Unit until his promotion to Sergeant. He was assigned to the Indio Sheriff's Station where he worked as a patrol supervisor. Sergeant Pinon is currently the Investigations Supervisor for the Indio Sheriff's Station.
